The mood is decidedly West Indies in this stylish third-floor residence with accommodations for 10 in the Crossings District. Cool tile floors and wainscoted walls in pale neutrals provide a serene backdrop for a fusion of woods, leather and sumptuous fabrics. Glass doors open to a covered balcony with stellar views of the pool area framed by green space, with the emerald gulf beyond. The kitchen opens to the expansive living area, allowing the cook to mingle. Seating abounds – including a sleeper sofa with pair of upholstered chairs grouped around the flat screen TV, DVD and VCR. Just beyond is a dining table for six, plus four seats at the kitchen bar and another four around a table suitable for dining or games. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a sink and full-size washer and dryer. Built-in office space and a half bath are adjacent to the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD, and shares the stunning view from its own balcony access. The sumptuous master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanities. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. One offers gulf views and is equipped with television with VCR. The other is equipped with television with DVD and VCR. Each has its own bath with single vanity. One offers a walk-in shower; the other has a combination tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a pair of twin beds and television with VCR. Its private bath has a walk-in shower and single vanity. Outdoors, it’s a short stroll via boardwalk to the pool, with the beach just beyond. The Crossings are composed of three multistory condominiums located on eastern side of WaterSound Beach with one of the best views of the beach in WaterSound. To the left of the Crossings, is a rare coastal dune lake - Camp Creek. This costal dune lake has a naturally occurring tidal inlet that flows in front of the Crossings buildings. The gulf side of the Crossing building offers an access to the beach and the Crossings pool with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas and gas grills. To the right of the Crossings, the WaterSound Beach Club is just a short walk down the boardwalk. Here guests can dine, swim, play tennis or just enjoy a glass of wine as they enjoy the sunset. The Crossings can easily access the many attractions in the area along scenic 30A, including WaterColor Resort, Seaside Resort, Panama City Beach and Destin. After a day filled with shopping, dining, and exploration - guests of the Crossings can relax and enjoy the pristine qualities of this protected beach.

    Guests of WaterSound Beach Vacation Rentals get access to the member's only WaterSound Beach Club*. While at the WaterSound Beach Club, enjoy the 7,000 square foot, zero-entry pool with fluid lines mirroring the natural shapes of surrounding dune lakes. Soak up the sun or relax in the shade of surrounding arbors. Enjoy a meal at the adjacent full-service restaurant, featuring an exhibition kitchen and indoor/outdoor terrace dining.     Guests of WaterSound Beach Vacation Rentals receive complementary beach chairs that are located on the beach in front of the WaterSound Beach Club. (based on availability, first come – first serve basis)

    Two private Har-Tru HydroCourts - plus tennis instruction, if desired - are also available. Private locker rooms with individual lockers, shower facilities and changing area allow you to freshen up before heading home or out shopping.

    Pools
    In addition to access to the WaterSound Beach Club, guests enjoy access to the community pools at Crossings, Dunsider, Compass Point II and Bridges with surrounding cabanas, outdoor fireplace and expansive lawn area, plus two commercial gas grills.

    Fitness Center
    For a small fee, guests can use the WaterSound Beach Fitness Center, which is a state-of-the-art fitness center with massage therapy room.

    Golf
    Feel like puttering around? Enjoy Puttering Park, a putting practice facility - complimentary putters are provided for your use.

    For the more serious golfers, guests receive special rates and priority tee times at the exclusive Sharks Tooth Golf Club and the public courses at Camp Creek and Origins Golf Clubs.

    The Greg Norman-designed Shark's Tooth Golf Club is located on the shores of Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake. Shark's Tooth offers a majestic wooded backdrop within acres of preserved wetlands. This 18-hole par-72 championship golf course measures 7,204 yards and features a 10-acre practice facility, clubhouse, an award-winning golf shop, on-course beverage service and tennis facility.

    The Tom Fazio-designed Camp Creek Golf Club features a pure golf experience accentuated by a significant wetland system. This 18-hole, par-72 championship course measures 7,151 yards and features a practice facility, short-game area, practice putting green, golf shop and grill.

    The Davis Love, III-designed Origins course is comprised of six regulation holes playing between 1,600 and 1,800 yards. Because of its unique design, the layout can also be played as a six-hole par three course.
