In the living area, ample windows and doors welcome natural light and beckon to the furnished balcony with its sweeping views of the emerald gulf and nearby pool area. A sectional sofa and pair of chairs face the large, flat screen TV, DVD and VCR, enhanced with surround sound. Beyond the sofa, a substantial dining table has seats for all 10 guests, with optional dining at the balcony’s table for six. The open kitchen has deep-toned cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The laundry room is equipped with sink and full-size washer and dryer. A built-in office area and half bath are conveniently located nearby.

The master enjoys fabulous gulf views and balcony access. Its eclectic cottage style includes a king bed, armoire concealing a TV/ DVD, writing desk and sleeper sofa. The private bath has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and a pair of walk-in closets.
The second bedroom also enjoys gulf views and balcony access, and is also furnished with a king bed and television with DVD. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, television and DVD. Both bedrooms connect to private baths, each with combination tub and shower and single vanity. Outside, boardwalks lead to the nearby pool area and emerald gulf waters.

The Crossings are composed of three multistory condominiums located on eastern side of WaterSound Beach with one of the best views of the beach in WaterSound. To the left of the Crossings, is a rare coastal dune lake - Camp Creek. This costal dune lake has a naturally occurring tidal inlet that flows in front of the Crossings buildings. The gulf side of the Crossing building offers an access to the beach and the Crossings pool with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas and gas grills. To the right of the Crossings, the WaterSound Beach Club is just a short walk down the boardwalk. Here guests can dine, swim, play tennis or just enjoy a glass of wine as they enjoy the sunset. The Crossings can easily access the many attractions in the area along scenic 30A, including WaterColor Resort, Seaside Resort, Panama City Beach and Destin.
