This one bedroom GateHouse accommodation has full kitchen, living room/dining room, furnished balcony and separate king bedroom. The GateHouse, designed by Gund Partnership Architects, has a shape derived from the historic 1887-era W.G. Low House in Rhode Island, a unique summer cottage beneath an expansive triangular gable. The GateHouse is home a fitness center and a post office. All of the accommodations in the GateHouse at WaterSound are professionally decorated and have private balconies, overlooking the WaterSound Beach Sundial and Yacht pond. Exclusive access to the WaterSound Beach Club is also included.

The GateHouse is a multistory building located at the entrance to WaterSound Beach. This very unique building offers one bedroom condominiums on the second and third floors. The first floor of the GateHouse offers a Fitness Center and Post Office. The GateHouse is situated approximately 2 blocks from the beach and the condominiums look out over the resort toward the beach. Guests can relax on the balconies, or sit outside on the patio. Right outside the GateHouse is the WaterSound Beach Sundial where on sunny days children have fun determining the time of day with their own shadow.
