The GateHouse, designed by Gund Partnership Architects, has a shape derived from the historic 1887-era W.G. Low House in Rhode Island, a unique summer cottage beneath an expansive triangular gable. The GateHouse is home a fitness center and a post office. All of the accommodations in the GateHouse at WaterSound are professionally decorated and have private balconies, overlooking the WaterSound Beach Sundial and Yacht pond.

The GateHouse is a multistory building located at the entrance to WaterSound Beach. This very unique building offers one bedroom condominiums on the second and third floors. The first floor of the GateHouse offers a Fitness Center and Post Office. The GateHouse is situated approximately 2 blocks from the beach and the condominiums look out over the resort toward the beach. Guests can relax on the balconies, or sit outside on the patio.
